Andrew Fox is one of our current LTR coaches.  Andrew has been a junior rower for the past 4+ years.  Andrew has over 2 years experience teaching LTRs and has been committed to the Fraser Valley Rowing Club on many levels.

Jessica Knight is one of our current LTR coaches.  Jessica was a competitive junior rower out of FVRC for four years and joined the UFV Varsity team for the 2008/2009 season.  Jessica has always been a dedicated rower, committed to the Fraser Valley Rowing Club.
